SLRR was so much ahead of it's time, it was amazing what they could do with all those bugs and less powerful hardware. Also it could be possible to include other racing and not just drag racing to that, put online features to that and if possible to make happen, it is a gold mine? Online part could be subscription based for extra cost, it would be enough interesting for paying from such and it would allow company to make it happen as bigger investment would be possible against that potential profit. I think BeamNG has best potential to be spiritual successor of that theme, I would gladly pay 30€ from official DLC that makes such possible. Street Rod way might be more feasible though, it would require possibility to load maps and store vehicle state though as you had to repair and tune car after races, wear of the parts should be implemented too etc. Maybe BeamNG can offer something for that, but it might need some simpler dummy vehicles as currently performance will be bit of a problem. Rotary 13b Not Working: Devils V6 - Gives invalid parent parts.rpk For the Devils V8 use use RPK LE that fixes the problems you described, all parts will be found in the V8 section blocks and all.įirst there was Street Rod, then SLRR, there has been poor attempts but nothing has gotten even close to those yet. Devils V8 - Make sure its the from the rescript redo. Originally posted by LaBombaRomba™:Also for all of these, do to the different locations for parts in 2.3.1, all the parts are jumbled up in the v16 section, but i can't find the blocks AT-ALL!:/ Working: RB26DETT - Make sure its the one from the 'JDM Engine Pack' that one is the most bug free. So atm this one doesn't work, but i think it's an easy fix ti get it going because you can see the parts in the catalog. Neither have i figured out how to make cars compatible with it:/ edit: this engine does NOT work, i think it can be tweaked so it does work but if you buy the block and then try to go the the connection rods page, it crashes saying wrong game version (you can open the connection rods page if you haven't bought the block somehow). I have installed an SR20DE engine pack but i haven't found a car that supports it.
